Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya was a saint born 608 years ago in Andhra Pradesh. His life was an epitome of devotion to Lord Venkateswara and he has worshipped the Lord with thousands of keerthans. SiliconAndhra has the distinction of celebrating the Birth Anniversary of the hallowed saint every year in a unique way – once across the country in India and another time, in many countries all over the world on the same day in the same fashion. It has now resolved to celebrate the 608th Birth Anniversary of Sri Annamacharya here in USA in an unheard of fashion. Sunnyvale Hindu Temple California is the venue for this 608 birthday celebrations of Annamacharya. May 28 to 30th, 2016. Music Competition was on May 28th. Dance competition was on May 29th. Nagara Sankeerthana(Radhotsavam) on May 30th. Aradhana evening concerts was on May 28 and 29th from 5pm.
