Sunnyvale Hindu Temple was established in 1992. First Puja was performed on Feb 10th 1993. The most popular Hindu religious center in Bay Area, California and a very active community Center.
The facility includes a Temple that can accommodate 980+ devotees and a community center auditorium with nearly 1000 members capacity. Smaller venues of 130+ and 20+ people accommodation for religious activities are located within the temple premises.
Annual festivals of Holi, Diwali and Navaratri are celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm at the temple and festivals of different regions of India are also celebrated, eg: Ugadi, Jagannath Rath yatra, Durga Puja, Murugan Puja, etc.
The Auditorium has hosted numerous functions and festival of all Indian groups based in Bay Area.
